Okay folks! (quickly for you guys that don't know) IVFDF is the national
Inter-Varsity Folk Dance Festival. Which means that every student in the
country who is interested in some form of folk dance gets together in one
place and has a *cracking* time. And not just ceilidhs this year there are
workshops on (amongst many more) Irish, Scottish, Greek, Polish and French
dancing and Molly, Border, North-west, Playford, Long-sword and Rapper.
And of course many music sessions lasting way into the night. Look up
www.ivfdf.org/Main_Page or www.ivfdf2007.org

This year 'tis in Edinburgh.
2nd - 4th March 2007 (leaving Bar One about 13:00-13:30 is the plan, if
you would rather have it later could you please say so in any reply)

In practice this means everyone in Sheffield gets on a coach 'has a ball'
playing tunes/singing/pissing around until we get to Edinburgh where we
are invariably some of the most lively/crazy people playing and dancing
late late into the night, eating, drinking and making merry until we get
back.

Whats great is that it being a student festival it's pretty cheap and
CeilidhSoc being wonderful we will heavily subsidise transport. The prices
are to be:

IVFDF Tickets: Before February Non-Students £22, Students £13, Feb onwards
Non-students £24, Students £15

Coach tickets: Student/Unwaged £8, Waged £14 (half price tickets for one
direction only)

Of course you may order your tickets through us and make your way some
other way... but don't cos the coach is one of the best bits.

So basically place your orders already email to: jamesedd at hotmail.com with
enquiries and orders please specify which price range and which coach
tickets you want.

Then I need you to get checks for the IVFDF Tickets (Made out to IVFDF
2007) and checks for the coach (made out to University of Sheffield
Students Union) to any committee member or through the door of No. 48
Clementson Road, Crookes, Sheffield, S10 1GS. That'd be grand

First come first served for the coach, obviously I will get anyone IVFDF
Tickets.

Ta muchly indeed
James
