[Ceilidhsoc] Session and Social TOMORROW

Hello everyone,

Firstly a big thankyou to everyone who came and made it a fantastic night
on Saturday - I had an excellent time and I hope you all did too! Our next
ceilidh is on Friday the 12th of October, so put it in your diaries as it
promises to be another brilliant night. I will email details nearer the
date.

Secondly - our sessions! If you enjoy playing or simply listening to live
music then Wednesday night down the university arms is where its at! We run
a session workshop from 8 for those not yet confident in session playing to
build on skills by going through popular tunes at a slow and friendly pace.
Then, from 9 there is a full on session with plenty of fun had by all. If,
like me, you are in no way musical then thats no excuse! Wednesday nights
also provide an excellent opportunity to socialise with other ceilidhsoc
members – to sit back, relax and let the others play the tunes. 

As for where the university arms is, well it’s the pub that you come
across if walking down past the union towards the round-a-bout on the
