[Ceilidhsoc] Doctor Who Ceilidh on Friday 23rd!!!

*Ood *have thought it!  *CeilidhSoc *is proud to announce our *first *and
hopefully not the last *Doctor Who Ceilidh*!!

Come along to the *Edge *and on *Friday *the *23rd *November for a *timey
wimey, wibbly wobbly, ceilidh weilidhly*!

This is our second full *fancy dress* ceilidh of the year. Dress up like
your* favourite character* and come along for a fantastic night of *dance*,
*silly costumes *and *temporal confusion*.

Please note that this ceilidh is a *fixed point in time*.  What happens on
the 23rd *must happen* from* 8.30pm* to about *midnight*.  This time *cannot
be rewritten*.  *The future depends on it!*

As usual we'll have a *competition* for the *best outfits* judged by our
own resident *Vashta Nerada*- *President Lisa.*

Our* traditional "live" band* will be made up of the Dalek controlled human
shells of the *CeilidhSoc Scratch Band*.  There will be not a shred of
humanity left in them. So *no change there*.

Our *caller *for this evening will be *extra special,* as he is in
fact a *Timelord
*know only as *"The Caller"*.  Expect some quite literally "out of this
world" dances as he used to calling for audiences with more *limbs*, *flippers,
suckers *or *tentacles*.  You'll just have to make do with the four you
have.

Thankfully we'll come back to earth with a fantastic *interval *spot with
the *Nestene controlled plastic replicas* who recently replaced the *Sheffield
City Morris team*.  Careful that you *clap *at the end or they'll shoot you
with their *nasty auton hand guns*.
