[Ceilidhsoc] IVFDF - The Inter Varsity Folk Dance Festival

In *celebration of my 15th birthday*, *Ceilidhsoc *are throwing me
a*weekend long party
*! You may have heard this being called *IVFDF *(*Inter-Varsity Folk Dance
Festival*, pronounced* If-Dif*). This a *weekend long festival* of *ceilidhs
*, *workshops *and *concerts*.

Highlights include:


   - *Ceilidhs *with *Blackbeards Tea Party* and *Hekety*.
   - *Concerts *from *The Albion Band*, *Prof. Elemental*, *Pilgrim's Way*and
   *Sciorr:Staged*.
   - *Contra *with *Stick Shift*.
   - Loads of *Morris Dance* teams in touring the city centre.
   - *Scottish dance* with *Luke Brady's Scottish Dance Band*.
   - And heaps of *workshops*.

Running a *birthday party* this big requires *a lot of work*. So if you
would like to *help out*, please *volunteer *to steward by emailing
stewarding at ceilidhsoc.org, or look out for *Rich*, my really tall bloke, at
the *Valentine's Ceilidh*.

In return for *stewarding *I will give you a *free stewarding t-shirt* in
my favourite colour (Purple!) and if you steward for more than 10 hours
over the course of the weekend, I will refund you the cost of your weekend
ticket (£28)!
