[Ceilidhsoc] IVFDF 2014

With *2014 *fast approaching it's time to start thinking about *IVFDF *
again.

For those of you who haven't come across it yet, it's a *weekend long folk
festival* which is run by a different university each year.

*IVFDF *stands for *Inter Varsity Folk Dance Festival*. if you love
ceilidhs, *you'll love this*!!

We held it last year! There are workshops, sessions and lots of ceilidhs as
well as the chance to have a trip away with CeilidhSoc which is always
great fun.

This year the festival is being held in *Edinburgh *and as per usual, we're
sending a *CeilidhSoc coach* up there. You'll need to buy a ticket from the
festival website a little nearer the time (we'll remind you - it's the
cheapest folk festival going) and a seat on the coach (prices currently
being confirmed - but it'll be a steal compared to train prices).

This is a preliminary e-mail to gauge interest. It's such a *wonderful
weekend* and we'd love as many people as possible to come along. The coach
will leave the union on Friday afternoon and return late on Sunday.
